Pretty Print Labels – Shipping Policy

At Pretty Print Labels, every order is made with care, love, and a splash of colour ✨
Because all our products are custom-made to order, please allow time for us to create, package, and send your items to you.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed and made within 3-5 business days after payment and custom details are received.
  • During busy periods (like back-to-school or Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
  • If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm if it’s possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (after dispatch)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (after dispatch)
  • Free Delivery: Available to 4070 postcode

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on postal delays or location.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and location.
You’ll see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our Instagram and website banners for current offers!

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, please check your tracking first, then reach out if you need help.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Unfortunately, once your parcel has been handed to the postal service, delivery times are outside our control.
If your order is lost or delayed, we’ll do everything we can to assist, including contacting Australia Post to lodge an enquiry.

6. Incorrect Address Details

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address due to incorrect details entered at checkout.

If you realise there’s a mistake, email us as soon as possible at info@prettyprintlabels.com.au and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

7. International Orders

We currently ship within Australia only. If you’re outside Australia and would love to order, please get in touch — we’re happy to provide a custom shipping quote.
