Returns & Refunds

Because all of our products are custom made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect details provided at checkout.

If there’s been an error on our end (like a spelling mistake, colour, or design issue that doesn’t match your order), please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll happily replace or remake it for you.

We take great care to make sure every Pretty Print Labels product is made to the highest standard, so if something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away with a photo so we can make it right. 💕

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
